All ceramics are food safe, microwave, oven and dishwasher safe although I recommend hand washing to ensure longevity. 


All effort has been made to accurately photograph and describe products however due to lighting, the actual colour of products may vary.


All packages are sent via Sendle. Free standard shipping is available on all orders above $200.00.  Each order is carefully packaged and posted, however we cannot take responsibility for packages lost by Sendle.

If you would like to purchase express postage please contact hello@brittjohnson.net.au directly after making your purchase.

If you are an international customer, please get in touch before purchasing to receive a postage quote. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties incurred for international orders.

Orders can take up to a week to process and pack before being sent out. 


If the item is defective or damaged in the shipping process, please contact hello@brittjohnson.net.au to discuss a refund, replacement or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence of the damaged product will be required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
